I recently moved into Woodley Plaza Apartments within the past month and I have been very pleased with the set-up and general quietness of the location. The neighbors seem to be very nice and I get a sense of community within this facility.

What I specifically wanted to highlight was the outstanding upkeep and maintenance services support received from Jose, Crystal and Hector. Specifically, the maintenance services offered by Jose and Hector have far above expectation! Since we are new to the community, we had some minor adjustments which needed to be completed within our place. What strikes me as the most impressive part of our experience is the thoroughness and attention to detail in relation to the services provided. Their follow-up on the services to ensure everything was going well was greatly appreciated.

I’ve lived here for a little bit over 7 years, and the new management team has been wonderful, Jose maintenance gets things done within appropriate time and the manager helen always answers my calls, calls me back she reply’s to emails and always follows up after a service request gets done in my unit. Happy living here not moving out anytime soon!
